NECMI ASFUROGLU HIGH SCHOOL

Necmi Asfuroglu High School is located in Antakya(known as Antioch) City inTurkey. It is very old and historial city since Roman Empire.

Our school has been supported by a sucessful bussinesman Necmi Asfuroğlu since it was built under a special project in 2005. It has got 32 classrooms, physics, chemstry, biology and computer laboratories, z style library, conference hall, management rooms, and department rooms.

There is one headmaster, 2 vice-headmasters, 56 teachers, 2 officers and a cleaner. We have 5 physics teachers, 4 chemistry teachers, 5 biology teachers and 1 ICT teacher related to this project. There are 1023 students in our school.

The education is based on science,maths, social sciences and languages in our school. Every classroom has got a smart board and fiber internet connection.

We have experienced several national and international projects. We take part in TÜBİTAK(The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) projects every educational year and we had a championship on language field in URFODU(International Basic Sciences Knowledge Contest) 2015 international science contests. In addition, we held a project "Ebru meets Graffiti " with Butzbach Schrenzerscule a German school in 2011. We also had a trip to CERN(European Organization for Nuclear Research) science experiment center in september 2014 which helped raise awareness and interest of both teachers and students to science . Some teachers of our school have also participated in international in service teacher training seminars under the umbrella of previously Comenius and Grundtvig and Erasmus + now.

Okulumuz, 1969-1970 yılında kurulmuş olan Kurtuluş Lisesi binası yerine, Antakyalı iş adamı Necmi Asfuroğlu tarafından özel proje ile 32 derslik, Fizik, Kimya, Biyoloji ve Bilgisayar Laboratuvarları, Z Kütüphane, Konferans Salonu, Kafeterya, Arşiv ve yönetim birimleri, bölüm odaları olmak üzere bir bütün şeklinde 2005 yılında inşa edilmiştir. Şu anda okulumuzda üç idareci ve elli altı öğretmen, iki memur ve bir hizmetli mevcuttur. Okulumuzda öğretim sayısal ve yabancı dil ders ağırlıklıdır. Şu anda okulumuzun öğrenci mevcudu dokuzyüz ondokuzdur. Okulumuzun her dersliğinde etkileşimli akıllı tahta ve fiber internet bağlantısı mevcuttur. Okulumuz çeşitli ulusal projelerde yer almıştır. Ayrıca 2011 yılında Almanya' da Robert Bosch vakfının sağladığı proje desteği ile " Ebru meets Graffiti" adı altında Butzbach/Frankfurt'dan Butzbach Schrenzerschule okuluyla uluslararası bir proje gerçekleştirmiştir. Grundtvig ve Comenious hizmetiçi eğitim seminerlerine birkaç öğretmen iştirak etmiştir.

Our school

Ins. Marina is a secondary school in an industrial town very near Barcelona called La Llagosta. We teach general comprehensive studies to 12-16 years-old students and also further education, 16-18 years-old students, those who wish to be prepared to get into University or have access to high vocational studies. The vocational studies at our school have to do with Administration, Electronics and Electro-medicine and they are offered for all levels: initial, mid and advance.

There are 70 teachers and about 700 students, of which 430 do comprehensive studies in our school. 30% of them don't succeed in getting their General Certificate of Secondary Education. Most of our students live in the town and 90% of them are of Spanish origin. There is some immigration from Morocco and South American countries. The economic level of the families is average or below average. The facilities include 22 classrooms, 2 ICT rooms, 2 labs,1 technology workroom, 5 multimedia classrooms, 1 library, 1 arts classroom, 1 music classroom and 1 canteen.

Science Department International Projects

We use the lab once a week in groups of 15 students. Students' work is based on experiments where they can implement knowledge learnt in the theory lessons. Some lectures are given to students by experts. We also organized visits to science museums. We have collaborated with the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). An American University Science student stayed in our school for a week to share her scientific knowledge with teachers and students.

Science 17-year-old students have twice won the contest of research projects that is held in Catalonia. This is the most important competition in our region. Higher Secondary Education students have participated in the "Young Talented Teenagers Forum" and also in the workshop "How to do Medicines" in Parc Cientific, both of them in Barcelona, 2016.

We've been working in international projects since 2007. Three of them have been Comenius programs and others were bilateral exchanges with schools in The Netherlands or Poland. The Science Department communication languages are Catalan, Spanish and English, they have received a lot of formation to keep updated with new scientific discoveries and methods of education.

La nostra escola

Ins. Marina és un institut a una ciutat industrial molt a prop de Barcelona anomenada La Llagosta. S'ofereixen estudis generals de ESO a estudiants de 12-16 anys i també educació superior a estudiants de 16 a 18 anys, els qui desitgen ser preparats per accedir a la Universitat o tenir accés a estudis vocacionals superiors. Els estudis vocacionals a la nostra escola estan relacionats amb l'Administració, l'Electrònica i l'Electro-medicina i són oferts per tots els nivells: inicial, mig i avançat.

Hi ha 70 mestres i aproximadament 700 estudiants, dels quals 430 fan la ESO a la nostra escola. A l'ESO tenim un fracàs escolar de 30% a l'hora d'aconseguir el seu Certificat General d'Educació Secundària.

La majoria dels nostres estudiants viuen al poble i el 90% d'ells són d'origen espanyol. Hi ha immigració de Marroc i països sud-americans. El nivell econòmic de les famílies és mitjà o sota mitjà. El centre esta format per 22 aules, 2 aules d'ICT, 2 laboratoris,1 aula de tecnologia, 5 aules multimèdia, 1 biblioteca, 1 aula d'arts, 1 aula de música, 1 menjador i un gran pati.

Departament de Ciències i Projectes Internacionals

Utilitzem el laboratori una vegada a la setmana en grups de 15 estudiants. La feina dels estudiants està basada en experiments on poden implementar els aprenentatges de les classes teòriques. Alguns experts han impartit seminaris als estudiants de nostre centre. També vam organitzar visites a museus de ciència. Hem col·laborat amb el MIT (Institut de Massachusetts de Tecnologia). Una estudiant de la Universitat americana de ciències va visitar la nostra escola durant una setmana per a compartir el seu coneixement científic amb mestres i estudiants.

Alguns dels nostres estudiants de ciències de 17 anys han guanyat dues vegades la competició de projectes de recerca que és fa a Catalunya. Aquest és el premi més important a la nostra regió. Estudiants d'Educació Secundaria superior han participat en el "Forum de joves talents" i també en el taller "Com per fer Medicines" en Parc Cientific, tots dos a Barcelona en l'any 2016.

Hem estat treballant en projectes internacionals des de'l any 2007. Tres d'ells han estat programes Comenius i altres intercanvis bilaterals amb escoles dels Països Baixos o Polònia. Les llengües de comunicació al Departament de Ciències són el català, castellà i anglès i els docents han rebut molta formació per mantenir-se actualitzats amb les noves teories científiques i mètodes d'educació.

Introduction to Péter András Grammar School and Youth Hostel

Szeghalom lies in the northern part of Békés County, in the valley of rivers Berettyó and Sebes-Körös. Because of its favourable position the site has probably been inhabited since ancient times, for the memorabilia are several thousand years old. The town's significance lies in the fact that it has developed over centuries into the educational, cultural and health centre in the region.

Landowner András Péter was the founder of the grammar school, his will was to open it, which happened in 1926 under the leadership of headmaster Miklós Nagy. Several thousand students have studied and passed the Matura exam here, as the tableaus on the walls reveal, which preserve the memories of the years spent here. The spirit of great teachers pervade our everyday life, for the names of the classrooms declare that dr. József Pásztor, Imre Fényes, László Jermendy, László Bihari and Géza Boros taught here in the past. The Szigeti couple followed the example of András Péter, because they established a technical school in memoriam their only child in 1942. The two schools were joined as one institution between 1999-2015. After some reorganization it now runs with the name Péter András Grammar School and Youth Hostel.

There are many colourful traditional programs beside the studies. First-year students are accepted by the headmaster as the students of the school in a little celebration. The most expected event is the Péter András Days in November, when the upper grades inaugurate freshmen in a happy contest, while school graduates hold an exciting election campaign, where the winner is awarded the student headmaster title. Other high-quality programs are the nice traditional prom and banquet. Graduates leave behind not only the alma mater but their siblings as well. Brothers and sisters exchange the school symbols, thus expressing continuity and renewal. Those who have ended their studies here support the institution on the Berettyó river bank through different foundations, and there are alumni reunions every June, when they can recall their experiences. Thanks to the donations of past students we can see the busts of András Péter and former headmasters Miklós Nagy and Jenő Sándor in the statue park.

Language teaching and the practice of foreign language skills is very emphatic in our school. To enhance it, we have partner school relations in the Austrian town of Scheibbs and Evesham in England. In the past years we have participated in COMENIUS and ERASMUS+ projects to help our students travel abroad (e.g. Turkey, Poland, Italy, France etc.) and practise foreign languages.

Year for year more and more students take part in academic competitions, and the medals from national, regional and county contests reflect their hard work and perseverance. You can see the framed photo and achievement of our most successful students on the walls, declaring that we are proud of them. Our institution also organizes competitions. Traditional ones are: Kovács János Secondary School Geography Competition, and the Sinka István Reciting Competition, which is organized in cooperation with Vésztő. There is a language-communicational-literary contest for the 9-10. grades "I am Searching the Yard of my Ancestor", in the preparation of which our students actively participate every year. Our regional significance is emphasized by the quiz "I Love You, Sárrét", which was launched a few years ago, and the winner can have the challenge cup for one year.

Which forms of training do we have? There has been a six-year training since 1996. They are class C, and after the six years almost all of them study in college or university. The number of language classes is high and IT is taught for several years. It raises the chances for acquiring a language exam or passing the language Matura a year earlier. The four-year training also offers several opportunities: they can learn English, German or natural sciences in a raised number of lessons. We also educate adults who completed vocational school, and they can prepare for the Matura in full-time, evening or correspondent forms of training.

A youth hostel also belongs to the school. It is in the Kárász Castle, a monument, which was renovated a few years ago. The hostel inhabitants can prepare for the everyday work among the ancient walls but in a modern environment, and they have time for sports, cultural and entertaining programs as well, which bring variety to the weekdays.

Past and present cohabit without conflict in our school. We have old buildings, romantic abraded stairs, busts recalling our great personalities and school history memorabilia. At the same time we have modern computers, equipped lecture halls, multimedia classroom. All of these help us meet the challenges of the modern age and the education system. Our aim is to fulfill the dream of Miklós Nagy, first headmaster of our school: "Let the secondary school be a torch, whose beams light and warm the whole region".

Péter András Gimnázium és Kollégium, Szeghalom

Szeghalom Békés megye északi részén a Berettyó és a Sebes-Körös folyók deltájában fekszik. Kedvező fekvését már őseink is felismerhették, hiszen emlékeink több ezer évre nyúlnak vissza. Jelentőségét mutatja, hogy a környező települések oktatási, kulturális és egészségügyi központjává fejlődött az évszázadok során.

Péter András földbirtokos volt a gimnázium alapítója, az ő végrendelete nyomán nyitotta meg kapuit 1926-ban a Sárrét első középiskolája Nagy Miklós igazgató úr irányításával. Azóta már több ezer diák tanult és érettségizett iskolánkban, bizonyítják ezt a tablók az épületek falain, melyek az itt töltött évek emlékét őrzik. A nagy tanáregyéniségek szelleme is jelen van mindennapjainkban, hiszen előadótermeink elnevezései hirdetik, hogy valaha itt tanított dr.Pásztor József, Fényes Imre, Jermendy László, Bihari László és Boros Géza. Péter András példáját követte a Szigeti házaspár, akik egyetlen gyermekük emlékére 1942-ben szakközépiskolát hoztak létre Szeghalmon. A két iskola 1999-től 2015-ig működött összevont formában egy intézményként. Intézményi átszervezések következtében 2015. július 1-től Péter András Gimnázium és Kollégium néven működünk.

Intézményünkben a tanulás mellett több hagyományos program is színesíti az életet. Elsősként diákjainkat az igazgató egy kis ünnepség keretében fogadja iskolánk tanulójává. Minden évben a legjobban várt esemény az ifjúság számára a novemberi Péter András Napok programja, melynek keretében a felsőbb évesek vidám vetélkedő formájában avatják fel a gólyákat, a végzősök pedig színvonalas programokkal tarkított választási kampányt szerveznek, melynek győztese diákigazgatói címet kap. Nagy esemény iskolánkban a szép hagyományokkal rendelkező szalagavató és a ballagás. Az utóbbin nemcsak az alma matertől búcsúznak, hanem az itt maradó testvéreiktől is, hiszen a testvérpárok az iskolai szimbólumok ünnepélyes átadásával erősítik meg a folytonosságot és a megújulást. Az itt végzett diákok évtizedek óta támogatják a Berettyó parti intézményt alapítványainkon keresztül, és minden év júniusában öregdiák-találkozókon idézik fel az eltöltött évek élményeit. Az ő adományaiknak köszönhető, hogy a gimnázium szoborparkjában Péter András mellett Nagy Miklós és Sándor Jenő egykori igazgatók alakját is felidézhetjük.

Iskolánk nagy hangsúlyt fektet a nyelvoktatásra, az idegen nyelvi kifejezőkészség gyakorlására. Ennek segítésére alakultak ki testvériskolai kapcsolataink az ausztriai Scheibbs és az angliai Evesham városkák intézményeivel. Az utóbbi években pedig COMENIUS és ERASMUS+ pályázataink segítségével juthatnak el diákjaink külföldre (pl. Törökország, Lengyelország, Olaszország, Franciaország, stb.) és gyakorolhatják az idegen nyelveket.

Évről évre egyre többen vesznek részt tanulmányi versenyeken. Kitartásukat, szorgalmukat bizonyítják az országos, regionális és megyei helyezések. Legsikeresebb tanulóink bekeretezett fényképe és elért eredménye látható iskolánk falain, kifejezve azt, hogy büszkék vagyunk teljesítményükre. Intézményünk maga is szervez versenyeket. Hagyományosnak mondható a Kovács János Középiskolai Földrajz Verseny és a Vésztő városával együttműködésben rendezett Sinka István Szavalóverseny. A megye 9-10. évfolyamosai részére szervezett, "Keresem ősöm udvarát" című nyelvi- kommunikációs és irodalmi verseny előkészítésében pedig diákjaink is aktívan részt vesznek minden évben. Térségi szerepünket is hangsúlyozva pedig néhány éve útnak indítottuk a "Szeretlek, Sárrét!" vetélkedőt, melynek győztese egy évig a vándorkupát birtokolhatja.

Bemutatkozásunk fontos része, hogy milyen képzésekre lehet nálunk jelentkezni. Hat évfolyamos gimnáziumi képzés 1996 óta zajlik iskolánkban, ők a "cések", akik az itt eltöltött hat év után szinte valamennyien egyetemen és főiskolán tanulnak tovább. Náluk nagy óraszámban folyik a nyelvoktatás és több éven keresztül tanulnak informatikát is. Ezzel nagyobb a lehetőségük a nyelvvizsga és az előrehozott nyelvi érettségi megszerzésére. A négy évfolyamos gimnáziumi képzésben is több lehetőség közül választhatnak a hozzánk érkezők: tanulhatnak emelt óraszámban angol vakoligy német nyelvet, természettudományos tárgyakat. Felnőttoktatásunkban a szakiskolát végzettek készülhetnek fel nappali, esti vagy levelező rendszerű formában az érettségi vizsgára.

Iskolánkhoz kollégium is tartozik, mely a Kárász kastély műemléki jellegű, pár éve szépen felújított épületében kapott helyet. Itt az ősi falak között, modern környezetben készülhetnek fel kollégistáink a mindennapi munkára, de emellett jut idejük a közös sportolásra, kulturális és szórakoztató programokra is, mellyel színesebbé teszik a hétköznapokat.

A mi iskolánkban jól megfér egymás mellett a múlt és a jelen. Vannak régi, ódon épületeink, romantikusan koptatott lépcsőink, nagyjainkat idéző szobraink, iskolatörténeti emlékeink. Ugyanakkor rendelkezésünkre állnak modern számítógépek, jól felszerelt előadók, multimédiás tanterem... mindezek segítenek bennünket abban, hogy könnyebben meg tudjunk felelni a modern kor és az oktatási rendszer kihívásainak. Célunk, hogy beteljesíthetjük a gimnázium első igazgatójának, Nagy Miklósnak álmát, hogy "Legyen a középiskola olyan fáklya, amelynek a sugarai az egész környéken világítanak és melegítenek.".

L'Istituto Superiore "Valdarno"

La storia recente

Fino agli Novanta, quello che oggi è l'Istituto Superiore "Valdarno" era una realtà scolastica della vallata formata da tre istituti ben distinti: l'Istituto Tecnico Commerciale "F. Severi", l'Istituto Professionale di Stato per l'Industria e l'Artigianato "G. Marconi" e l'Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale "G. Ferraris". Con la razionalizzazione degli istituti avviata in quegli anni, nel 1999 l'I.T.C. "F. Severi" venne accorpato all'I.P.S.I.A. "G. Marconi" con il nuovo istituto che mantenne la denominazione di quest'ultimo. A partire del 1° settembre 2007 anche l'I.P.S.I.A. "R. Magiotti" di Montevarchi venne accorpato all'istituto per poi staccarsi con l'inizio dell'anno scolastico 2011-12.

È di quell'anno la trasformazione dell'I.P.S.I.A. "G. Marconi" in Istituto Statale di Istruzione Superiore "G. Marconi" (con le due scuole che assumono la denominazione rispettivamente di Istituto Tecnico Economico "F. Severi" e Istituto Professionale "G. Marconi"). Nel frattempo l'I.T.I.S. "G. Ferraris" (divenuto Istituto Tecnico Tecnologico) vedeva ridursi notevolmente il numero degli iscritti tanto da essere accorpato al termine dell'anno scolastico 2012-13 all'interno dell'I.S.I.S. "G. Marconi" che assumeva l'attuale denominazione.

L'attuale struttura

L'Istituto Statale di Istruzione Superiore "Valdarno", quindi, nasce il 1° settembre 2013 dalla fusione dell'I.S.I.S. "G. Marconi" (già frutto di una precedente unione tra l'allora I.P.S.I.A "G. Marconi" e l'I.T.C. "F. Severi") con l'I.T.I.S. "G. Ferraris".

Si tratta di tre scuole che seppure dislocate sul medesimo territorio di S. Giovanni Valdarno, a pochi metri l'una dall'altra, si differenziano sostanzialmente per la loro storia e per la peculiarità dei rispettivi indirizzi di studio.

L'Istituto nel suo complesso è in grado di fornire un'ampia offerta formativa: dal tecnico commerciale e turistico dell'Istituto Tecnico Economico, al perito informatico, chimico, elettronico-elettrotecnico dell'Istituto Tecnico Tecnologico, al Tecnico della manutenzione e assistenza tecnica (elettrica-meccanica) e della produzione industriale e artigianale del settore moda dell'Istituto Professionale.

Negli ultimi anni il "Valdarno" ha arricchito la propria offerta formativa sviluppando piegature ed articolazioni all'interno dei propri percorsi di studio come la curvatura "sportiva" nell'indirizzo di Amministrazione, Finanza e Marketing e quella "robotica" nell'indirizzo di Elettronica ed Elettrotecnica. Per il prossimo anno scolastico l'istituto ha attivato due nuovi indirizzi per l'Istituto Tecnico Tecnologico: Meccanica, Meccatronica ed Energia e Sistema Moda.

Dal 2014 l'istituto è scuola capo-fila del Polo Tecnico Professionale "Oro e Moda" di cui fanno parte l'I.S.I.S. "Margaritone" di Arezzo, il Liceo Artistico "Piero della Francesca di Arezzo" e il Liceo "Giovagnoli" di Sansepolcro.

Le tre scuole in passato e l'Istituto Superiore "Valdarno" oggi sono una realtà consolidata nel contesto socio-economico-culturale di San Giovanni Valdarno e dei comuni limitrofi. L'opera compiuta fino ad oggi ha contribuito, da un lato a formare giovani che hanno occupato ed occupano importanti e qualificati incarichi nel mondo del lavoro, dall'altro a fornire una solida formazione di base che consente l'accesso degli allievi a qualunque facoltà universitaria.

In particolare, la figura del perito industriale è sempre stata al centro della struttura dei programmi e delle metodologie didattiche dell'Istituto Tecnico Tecnologico "G. Ferraris" che ha, infatti, da sempre formato figure professionali con una buona cultura generale ed un'approfondita conoscenza delle discipline tecnologiche - dall'elettronica alla chimica, all'informatica.

Per l'Istituto Tecnico Economico "F. Severi", da sempre, le realtà culturali, naturalistiche ed economiche della Toscana, sono oggetto di studio e ricerca in progetti locali ed Europei. L'introduzione dell'indirizzo turistico ITER, ha consentito inoltre alla scuola di affiancare al tradizionale indirizzo Tecnico Commerciale, l'indirizzo Tecnico Turistico, che si connota strettamente nell'ambito amministrativo, differenziandosi dai corsi di studio professionali per il turismo e dalla formazione linguistica liceale.

L'Istituto Professionale "G. Marconi", infine, esistente da vari decenni con gli indirizzi Meccanico, Elettrico/Elettronico e della Moda, ha formato nel corso del tempo tantissimi alunni, che si sono poi inseriti nel mondo del lavoro del territorio valdarnese.

Molte sono infatti le aziende di prestigio e numerose le imprese locali, che hanno assunto i diplomati specializzatisi presso questo istituto, che, da anni, presenta nella sua offerta formativa i corsi serali e ha inoltre inserito nei propri percorsi la formazione professione gestita dalla Regione Toscana (IeFP).

Stredni prumyslova skola Otrokovice is a modern public school in the Zlín Region providing vocational education, as well as regional informational and educational centre, a service provider for schools, educational organizations and general public in the Zlín Region. In close cooperation with the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of the Zlín Region it implements many activities with full-regional impact, has a wide range of experience in European projects.

The Experimentarium Park in Otrokovice is an interactive entertaining educative science centre located in the C building of the Otrokovice High School. Basic educative means are learning and cognitive processes, playful, entertaining and educative interactive exhibits. The school has regional focus and wide range of experience with European projects (Leonardo da Vinci programme, Erasmus+, EU structural funds), we are the regional educational centre of Zlín Region for environmental education in ecology "Enersol" and a major educational center of the Zlín region for "Pil Microsoft" programme (Partners in Learning) - training of teachers in ICT. In the last few years the school successfully implemented regional projects aimed at improving the competences of pedagogic staff, the secondary school's leaders, enhancing the lifelong learning, improving the teacher's language knowledge and student's education in technical fields and crafts. The school collaborates with significant employers in Zlín region (e.g. Continental Barum), with professional associations, even with primary schools.

For the general public of the Zlín Region our school runs regional portal of education Zkola.cz. The portal aims to create a space for the exchange of experiences and ideas between all who want to be involved in the education process. It provides services for teachers, pupils , students and their parents since 2004 and it is an unique project In the Czech Republic Regional portals are opportunities to increase the level of education in the region and across generations. Internet environment is available to people who feel the need to develop their knowledge, broaden their horizons, to work on their growth and increase their potential on labour market.

Střední průmyslová škola Otrokovice

Střední průmyslová škola Otrokovice je moderní státní škola ve Zlínském kraji, která poskytuje odborné vzdělávání. Je také regionálním informačním a vzdělávacím centrem a poskytovatelem služeb pro školy, vzdělávací organizace a širokou veřejnost ve Zlínském kraji. V úzké spolupráci s Odborem školství, mládeže a sportu Zlínského kraje realizuje spoustu aktivit s regionálním dopadem. Škola má širokou škálu zkušeností s evropskými projekty.

Škola provozuje interaktivní vzdělávací centrum Experimentarium, které je umístěné přímo v areálu školy. Hravou a zábavnou formou rozvíjí žáky a motivuje je ke studiu přírodních věd a techniky. Škola má zkušenosti s evropskými projekty (Leonardo da Vinci, Erasmus+, strukturální fondy), jsme regionálním vzdělávacím centrem pro environmentální vzdělávání v ekologii "Enersol" a hlavním vzdělávacím centrem Zlínského kraje pro "Pil Microsoft" program (Partners in Learning). Škola spolupracuje s významnými zaměstnavateli ve Zlínském kraji (např. Continental Barum), s profesními sdruženími, asociacemi i základními školami v okolí.

Informační web poskytuje prostor pro sdílení zkušeností mezi všemi, kdo jsou jakkoliv zapojeni do vzdělávacího procesu. Nabízí služby učitelům žákům a jejich rodičům již od roku 2004, v rámci České republiky se jedná o jedinečný projekt. Regionální portály jsou příležitostí ke zvýšení úrovně vzdělanosti v kraji napříč generacemi.
